COMMUNICATIONS
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by fax, or telephone or email. We will work hard to respond your questions within 2 x 24 hours.

RATES
Rates are quoted net in US dollars. Rates are subject to change with or without prior notice.

PAYMENTS
We request 80% deposit of the total tour cost at least 30 days before clients' arrival in Indonesia. The balance should reach PT. Flores Mitra Bersama, 7 (seven) days before clients’ arrival in Indonesia.

CANCELLATIONS 
Our company will not charge you cancellation fee for tours and transfers shown in the tariff. However, hotels, restaurant, carriers or contractors may charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases we will pass the charges on to you. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation made within 10 days prior to departure date.

SERVICES INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED
All sight-seeing and ecotourspackages include airport tranfers, hotels, porterages, entrance fees, donations, performances, meals as shown in the programs and transportation services by private car, jeep, motor coach, truck, bus, boat. Requests for guides proficient in languages other than English ( German, French etc ), should be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Not included :camera and video fee in National park, Flights, Local airport taxes, Tips, and the other personal expenses.


CHILDREN CONDITIONS:
0 – 23 months = 70% discount from adult rate, 2 – 9 years = 40% from adult rate,
10 – 12 years = 25% discount from adult rate, older than 12 years =adultrate.

HOTELS
Most Hotels charge 21% for tax and service. Reconfirmation and full reservation details should be received by hotels at least 30 days before the arrival for group bookings during the regular seasons and 45 days during the high season. For individual reservations, reconfirmation should be received at least 10 days before arrival for regular and high seasons. In case reconfirmation is not made, the room will be automatically released to prevent cancellation fee charges.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Our company only acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, carriers or contractors. We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person including death, or his property ; delay, or change in itinerary which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to change or cancel a program with or without advance notice if it is in the best interests of all concerned.

OUR COMPANY’S CONTRIBUTION OR DONATION.

We have commitment that somemoney from our ecotourism bussiness’nett profit, will be contributed or donated to the orphan, disable children, and ecofriendly activities for our environment both in land and sea, especially for the children and teenagers at their school.
